Our staff is pleased to help all of our customers- buyers and sellers- have the best auction experience.

Richard Henke began operating Henke Auction Service in 1993. His son, Doug, joined him as an auctioneer in 1996 while still a student at the University of Missouri. We have conducted many auctions on both large and small scales.

We also support our community by conducting many charity auctions to benefit individuals and organizations such as the Audrain County 4-H Youth Fair, The Little Dixie Shrine Club, Ducks Unlimited,Wild Turkey Federation, Whitetails Unlimited, St. Brendan’s School, Mexico Area Chamber of Commerce and many more.

Richard Henke

Richard is originally from Salisbury, Mo. He graduated from the Missouri Auction School in 1969.

Two years later, he started his career selling livestock for the Central Missouri Livestock Center in Mexico, Mo., where he worked until 1995.

Since that time he has worked as a livestock auctioneer at Farmers Livestock Auction in Boonville and currently, Eastern Missouri Livestock, Bowling Green, MO.

Doug Henke

Doug began with Henke Auction Service as a ring man.

In 1996, he graduated from the Missouri Auction School, and he is also a graduate of the University of Missouri with a BS degree in Agriculture Education and a Masters in Curriculum.

Doug is a vocational agriculture teacher at Boone Technical Center in Boonville, Mo.
